Management Committee
The Management Committee members work closely with project managers and staff providing guidance in developing projects within their area of expertise and representing the Board on interview panels for new staff.
There are two co-opted members to the management committee: a Service User Representative and a Volunteer Representative. Both are elected by their peers and trained to ensure they are fully able to participate in the meetings at management level. Both present the issues of beneficiaries and volunteers and feedback to their respective forums.
There are seven full members of the Positively Women Management Committee. Members bring various skills and expertise to the organisation. If you would like to join the PW Management Committee information is available online.
50% of our management board are women living with HIV. Four members, including the Chair, are former beneficiaries of Positively Women. |
